Lee Association's Dinner

I miss my MouseHunt, Fish Wrangler and Ghost Trap so much when I'm at here. =.=

The starting time for the dinner has been postponed as usual, and I'm surrounded by the noises by the lion dance at the entrance as well as the girl who's singing oldies on the stage.

I'm wondering why do we chinese people love to use those super loud and big speakers during dinners?
It's kinda annoying actually for people that dislike noisy places.
I'll need to shout loudly when talking though the person is just sitting right beside me. =.=
